COVID-19 Safety

March 19, 2020

Here is an outline of what Subaru Johannesburg is doing to keep both staff and customers safe.

Subaru Johanneburg

Subaru Johannesburg have been monitoring the current COVID-19 Pandemic in the world and here in South Africa. We have been paying close attention to the guidelines set out by both the World Health Organisation (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC). The safety of our staff and customers is our top priority during this difficult time. With this in mind we will be implementing the following steps:

Increase cleaning & sanitizing procedures
All areas will be cleaned and sanitized frequently to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. All hard surfaces will be disinfected continuously throughout the day.

Interaction between staff and customers
All staff have been informed to refrain from personal contact and maintain social distancing.

Work from home policy
This means that we will be working in 2 groups and each group will work on different days. For our customers this means that there will be an impact on the amount of services and repairs that will be booked in per day. We will however be open on Saturday for servicing as well. All customers are encouraged to book their vehicles in to secure a space for the service/repair. Call in or book online.

Security procedures
These will change slightly to allow for a "no contact" method. Your vehicle and driver's licence/ID will be scanned in as normal.  The visitors cards will fall away until further notice.

We are taking all precautions to make sure that we are still able to provide our customers with the best possible service. All future changes will be communicated through our newsletter and social media platforms.

Should you wish to book you car in to the workshop, order a part or get in touch with our sales team simply click here and fill in the form. We will contact you back.
