Dear Valued Subaru Customer,
As the country unites in flattening the curve of Coronavirus infections in South Africa, we would like to reassure our customers that Subaru is committed to ensuring that our customers are not adversely affected by the shutdown. Please note that all our dealerships will be closing during this shutdown period, in line with government regulations announced by President Cyril Ramaphosa on the 23rd March 2020. We would like to update you on the following measures to ensure that your Confidence in Motion is not hampered by our nation’s efforts to fight this global epidemic.
It is critical that we abide by all regulations and requirements set by the government – stay inside, avoid social contact and maintain personal hygiene. However, should you find yourself in a situation where you need to use your Subaru, please note that Subaru Assist services are still available for emergencies during the shutdown period. Subaru Assist is an all-encompassing driving assistance programme, designed to keep you safe on the road. Services include Subaru Medical Assist and Subaru Legal Assist. Servicing of vehicles
With the consideration that customers will not be able to bring their vehicles in for a service due to the lockdown, all vehicles that are due for a service will be provided with a reprieve until the situation in the country normalises.
Maintenance and Warranty Plans
All maintenance and warranty plans that are due to expire in March and April will be extended until the end of May 2020 so that customers are not be adversely affected by the shutdown.
For any Subaru Southern Africa enquiries, questions or requests please send us an email on email@example.com and we will provide feedback as soon as we can. To contact your specific dealership please make use of mobile numbers, social media platforms or email. Our dealers will still be available for any enquiries but please note that response times might vary depending on availability.
We would like to encourage all our customers to keep safe and we are certain that we will come out of this stronger and more united as a nation.
